En tant que Consultant Junior en Gestion de Patrimoine, vous serez chargé de créer des plans financiers complets pour des clients aisés et fortunés dans un rôle salarié sans composante de vente.

Responsabilités :

  • Être prêt à être formé et à élargir vos connaissances pour développer des plans financiers intergénérationnels. Vous vous concentrerez sur l'optimisation du transfert de richesse à travers la planification des revenus, l'analyse successorale, les projections de retraite, la planification éducative et l'analyse des besoins en assurance pour les clients, leurs enfants et petits-enfants.
  • Élaborer des stratégies de planification des revenus et des successions avec un focus à long terme, qui tiennent compte des besoins et objectifs évolutifs des clients, et qui sont dynamiques face aux changements d'environnement et de politiques.
  • Travailler directement avec les clients et d'autres professionnels pour collecter les informations et documents nécessaires, souvent lors de réunions en face à face.
  • Préparer et présenter des stratégies de planification financière écrites aux clients.
  • Utiliser des logiciels de planification financière pour développer des projections financières et des plans avec un accent sur l'exactitude.
  • Résumer la situation d'un client, analyser des solutions alternatives et communiquer clairement les opportunités de planification financière et successorale.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe Associée pour préparer les conseillers en gestion de patrimoine pour les réunions de révision avec les clients, et contribuer et soutenir la planification et la mise en œuvre continues des clients.
  • Contribuer à l'évolution continue de notre modèle de service client centré sur la planification à travers des projets et des missions de gestion des processus et des pratiques.
  • Créer et mettre à jour des modèles de rapports et de présentations pour les clients.
  • Créer et mettre à jour des manuels de gestion des pratiques et des processus.
  • Gérer et mettre à jour les informations des clients dans notre système CRM.
Qualifications :

  • Désignation CPA.
  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en planification.
  • Volonté de développer une connaissance pratique des logiciels de planification financière.
  • Attention exceptionnelle aux détails et à l'exactitude.
  • Compétences analytiques et capacité à suggérer des solutions alternatives à des problèmes complexes.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe avec un minimum de supervision.
  • Une expérience démontrée auprès de clients fortunés est un atout précieux.
  • Connaissance approfondie de la fiscalité des entreprises et des particuliers au Canada.
  • Connaissance avancée et utilisation de Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
Éducation :

  • Diplôme de premier cycle.
  • Achèvement de la désignation CPA (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) requis.
  • Intérêt pour l'achèvement de la désignation en planification financière (CFP, RFP ou PFP), ou autre désignation appropriée.
  • Essentiels en gestion de patrimoine (WME).
  • Licence de représentant enregistré auprès de CIRO requise.
