Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the firm's Director to lead and manage the local team.
- Act as the primary contact for clients transitioning from retiring partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact and relationship manager for new clientele.
- Work alongside the executive team and Director to formulate and implement the firm's growth strategies, product offerings, and operational plans.
- Oversee and manage tax return engagements for individuals, businesses (including C-Corps, S-Corps, and partnerships), and trusts.
- Lead the firm's consulting and advisory initiatives within the region.
- Guide and develop staff in research, training, and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.
- Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- CPA or EA certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing staff and client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proprietor mentality and strong work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen interest in strategy and operations.
