About the Position

Winter-Dent Company is actively seeking committed Account Managers to enhance our team. In this role, you will cultivate enduring client relationships, assess coverage requirements, and collaborate with Insurance Producers to refine marketing and retention strategies.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about relationship management and customer service to create a significant impact.

Your Qualifications

While prior knowledge of insurance is advantageous, a commitment to learning and utilizing technology is fundamental. Proficiency in various software tools and a dedication to leveraging technology for client management are vital for success.

Licensing Requirements

  • Excess & Surplus Lines (E&S) license (to be obtained within 90 days of hiring)
  • Property & Casualty license (to be obtained within 90 days of hiring)
