Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at United Apartment Group. As a key member of our onsite management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing their concerns and needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Tour and Leasing: Conduct tours and lease apartments as necessary, training staff and modeling effective sales techniques daily.
  • Rent Collection: Lead rent collection efforts, including delinquent residents, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing the property's budget, making sound fiscal decisions to increase net operating income.
  • Inspections: Conduct inspections of apartments during move-in and move-out, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of minimum related work experience, with property management experience a plus.
  • Skills: Customer service and sales experience, general office, bookkeeping, and sales skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of Products and property management software, OneSite.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of apartment rental and collection practices, excellent organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
