About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Windsor Communities. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial tasks such as rent collections, invoice payment, and analysis of operating statements
- Oversee the complete marketing program to attract and retain residents
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual business plan to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff to ensure excellent customer service and high resident satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of assistant property management experience, preferably in residential property management
- Customer-focused mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, and lead a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment
