About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Infrastructure and Operations to join our team at PRI Technology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our technology infrastructure and driving business growth through strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and ensures the effective use of technology to drive business growth.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including network, server, and storage systems.
  • IT Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our IT department, including help desk, network operations, and security.
  • Cloud Computing: Develop and implement a cloud computing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and ensures the effective use of cloud-based technologies.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Drive the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across the organization, including the development of AI-powered solutions and the integration of AI into existing systems.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team and the organization.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on infrastructure and operations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies that drive business growth.
  • Extensive experience in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and IT operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
