Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the IT infrastructure and operations team, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and security systems.
- Operations Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, and develop and implement strategies to improve our technology capabilities.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, including the development and implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a team of IT professionals, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and IT teams, to ensure that IT services meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a strong background in leadership and management.
