Key Responsibilities:
• Daily oversight of assigned construction projects
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance
• Perform monthly safety audits and equipment inspections
• Review and approve daily production reports submitted by team members
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators on monthly estimates and project documentation
• Generate Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and manage equipment/material tracking
• Assist in material procurement as necessary
• Facilitate employee training and development
• Engage in project close-out meetings and client interactions
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 15 years of experience in the construction field, with a minimum of 3 years in highway rehabilitation
• 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in interpreting project documents
• Ability to manage records and prepare reports
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with safety protocols and outdoor work conditions
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel for project needs
