Position Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of our expanding Marketing Strategy & Operations team. Your role will involve close collaboration with demand generation, automation, business analytics, enterprise systems, revenue operations, and various other marketing functions. You will oversee cross-functional project management and be responsible for updates to our lead routing platform and other integrated operational technologies. Your contributions will be vital in developing and enhancing strategic marketing operations initiatives to support Bandwidth's ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the optimization and maintenance of the Marketing Strategy and Operations technology stack, including tools such as LeanData and Marketo Measure (Bizible).
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects and build relationships with our Business Analytics and Business Systems teams to ensure the effective deployment and integration of marketing technology within Bandwidth's systems.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations, sales, and marketing teams to establish scalable processes that adhere to best practices in campaign and lead management for both inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Evaluate and enhance the marketing technology infrastructure to boost marketing team performance, including assessing new technologies for optimization.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of marketing performance, business contributions, and the effectiveness of the marketing attribution model.
  • Assist in formulating strategies for the success of the overall marketing annual operating plan (AOP), focusing on pipeline generation through process improvements and planning.
  • Support pipeline generation efforts across teams to ensure alignment in cross-functional campaigns and achievement of AOP objectives.
  • Work closely with the Business Analytics team to maintain an accurate view of marketing performance and attribution effectiveness.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns with a focus on creating repeatable and scalable processes.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity while adapting to changing data and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B marketing and at least 2 years in marketing operations.
  • Experience working within a team of technical professionals.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Marketo Measure (Bizible) and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with lead routing tools, with LeanData knowledge or certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ROI and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative cross-functional relationships and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize short and long-term goals.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and effective cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with segmentation, Marketo Measure, HTML, Bizible, Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics.
