Role Summary:

The Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns is a pivotal figure within the Growth Marketing division, leading the charge in the orchestration, creation, and enhancement of global marketing initiatives. This dual-role encompasses both leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns are brought to fruition effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of Integrated Campaign Architects to strategize, develop, and refine Extreme's international marketing campaigns.
  • Collect requirements and define success metrics for campaign creation, identifying essential business drivers.
  • Collaborate with messaging teams to craft campaign themes and establish a unique identity, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Create a comprehensive campaign framework that outlines the customer journey from initial awareness to marketing qualified lead (MQL).
  • Identify content requirements and gaps that resonate with the campaign's theme, commissioning new materials as needed.
  • Assemble a cross-functional team to deliver campaign assets, maintaining regular communication and tracking progress.
  • Inform management and stakeholders of launch timelines and campaign progress, including a detailed content calendar.
  • Package campaign elements for seamless execution by partners, developing a playbook for channel and field marketing teams.
  • Adapt campaign materials into local languages based on geographic strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and return on investment (ROI), providing insights and results to management.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in campaign marketing or a related field within B2B technology.
  • Proven experience managing a global team.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams towards shared objectives.
  • Experience in team management and professional development of direct reports.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive ROI-focused decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
