About the Role

Primer is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Federal Civilian Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and expanding business opportunities within the Federal Civilian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets within the Federal Civilian market.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Federal Civilian market.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Primer's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Federal Civilian market, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of success in the Federal Civilian market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, including procurement frameworks and mechanisms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
