Business Development Director - Federal Team

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our Federal team in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the Federal market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and industry leaders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in e-discovery and technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Director in a Federal team
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Expertise in e-discovery and technology, with a strong understanding of the Federal market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a remote environment
