Federal Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our Federal team in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the Federal market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and industry leaders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in e-discovery and technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Director in a Federal team
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Expertise in e-discovery and technology, with a strong understanding of the Federal market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a remote environment
