About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team at Univision Communications Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the region, driving revenue growth, and developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
