The Computational Design and Predictive Modeling team is at the forefront of this mission, seeking to enhance our understanding of biotherapeutics through innovative bioinformatics and machine learning methodologies. You will collaborate with a diverse group of scientists to analyze next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, aiming to discover and characterize new therapeutic agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement computational models to analyze antibody repertoire sequencing data, providing insights that enhance lead identification.
  • Develop and deploy scalable bioinformatics pipelines to streamline the discovery and design of biologics.
  • Effectively communicate scientific findings to team members and stakeholders, proposing actionable follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create bioinformatics and machine learning solutions for innovative biotherapeutics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge in bioinformatics, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in analyzing NGS data, particularly in the context of B-cell receptor and antibody repertoire sequencing.
  • Strong understanding of antibody sequence and structure, along with experience in bioinformatics methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques applied to biological data.
  • Experience with scientific programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant data science libraries.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and data presentation skills.
