About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain appropriate licensing and attain additional licenses as needed.
  • Engage in regular meetings, training, and team activities to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Track activity and outcome to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional service to clients, both internally and externally, with the highest level of integrity.
  • Cultivate a positive attitude, taking personal responsibility and demonstrating gratitude for opportunities.
Requirements
  • Ability to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our system, regardless of prior experience.
  • Long-term vision and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Commission-only compensation, paid daily/weekly by the carrier, with bonus plans available from day one.
