Drive Customer Growth with Workday

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Field Sales organization as a key player in driving new customer growth. As a trusted advisor, you will be instrumental in helping customers transition to modern enterprise management cloud solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategies for targeting and closing key opportunities in your assigned territory
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and other resources for account planning and strategic alignment
  • Promote and sell Workday solutions to medium enterprise prospects, showcasing the value propositions
  • Maintain accurate customer/prospect data and pipeline forecasts

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals with C-Suite Executives
  • Expertise in generating leads and prospecting within your territory
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and trends in the industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal team members
