**Salary placement for this role is based on experience, qualifications, and proven ability to fulfill essential duties.**

Key Responsibilities

The Resident Assessment Coordinator will oversee all Medicare and Managed Care residents as directed by the Resident Assessment Director. This includes managing all services provided during the inpatient stay from admission through discharge. This role is also accountable for the precise and timely completion of all OBRA mandated assessments. This position is regarded as a vital financial and clinical contributor to the management team. This role will not be subject to nursing "on-call" schedules.

Required Qualifications
  • Must possess a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with the RAI process and Case Management is required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary.
  • Must comply with all local health regulations and pass a post-employment physical examination if required. This includes drug screening, criminal background checks, and reference verification.
