Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide training and support to nursing staff and collaborate with the nursing director.
2. Uphold the dignity, privacy, and independence of residents while fostering a homelike atmosphere.
3. Assist residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and treatments, promoting self-care and independence as permitted by state regulations.
4. Implement care plans as outlined for each resident, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
5. Follow established infection control and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
6. Regularly review and update resident care documentation to reflect current needs.
7. Assess health emergencies and determine appropriate medical responses within the LPN scope of practice and state regulations.

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in good standing.
- Preferred candidates will have at least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
