Role Overview

Under the guidance of the assigned supervisor or coordinator, you will provide administrative support and oversee all facets of the customer service program within designated facilities.

In fulfilling their respective responsibilities, all employees are expected to:* Deliver quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
  • Engage professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member on all projects.
  • Operate independently while recognizing the importance of communication and coordination with other staff and organizations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, utilize provided safety equipment, implement appropriate safety practices consistently, and report any unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.
