Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Coordinate transportation services and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, ordering supplies, and completing work orders.
  • Support management with tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
