Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and visitors.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate transportation services and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, ordering supplies, and completing work orders.
- Support management with tasks and projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
