Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled individual for the position of Vice President of Client Services for Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, you will oversee the service delivery for our institutional clients across the region.

Your Role
As the Vice President, you will lead a proactive team that collaborates with Centers of Excellence and Business Unit Shared Service teams to enhance our clients' investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Client Service officers and AVPs, providing direction and expert guidance.
  • Fostering staff development and creating an environment that promotes service excellence.
  • Delivering comprehensive project management for client and systems initiatives.
  • Ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by identifying needs and addressing potential internal challenges.
  • Overseeing service delivery to meet or exceed established SLA and KPI metrics.
  • Assisting with client due diligence, compliance reviews, and audits.
  • Supporting new business development efforts as required.

Risk Management
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activities and escalate them in accordance with corporate policies.

Strategic Framework
You will create and implement a strategic client service framework that ensures a consistent client experience and leverages industry best practices.

Collaboration
Work closely with internal management teams to maintain an effective operating environment, keeping senior management informed of developments, service issues, and business opportunities.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with client presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

Additional Requirements
Familiarity with financial and investment operations is advantageous. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work during US holidays may be required.
