Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Vice President of Complex Operations, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex daily operations and processes.
  • Ensuring the team achieves accuracy and meets deadlines as outlined in service level agreements.
  • Overseeing internal and external client relationships and addressing daily operational inquiries.
  • Serving as the primary contact and escalation point, providing technical expertise to resolve issues.
  • Proposing and implementing workflow enhancements and technical solutions to boost productivity and profitability.
  • Identifying and assessing operational risks related to current and prospective business, recommending procedural adjustments as necessary.
  • Leading and participating in departmental projects aimed at mitigating risk, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing ongoing guidance, training, development, and motivation to staff.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • Demonstrated managerial, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal planning, and analytical abilities.
  • Capacity to effectively unite individuals from various areas to resolve identified challenges.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $153,750 Annual
