We are seeking a highly skilled Program Specialist, Member Experience to join our team at Community Health Plan of Washington. This role will play a critical part in coordinating the Member Advisory Council/Community Advisory Council (MAC/CAC) program, ensuring a robust and sustainable program that meets the needs of our members.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Supervisor and other department team members to coordinate the MAC/CAC program, including planning and executing daily activities.
- Be the face of the MAC/CACs for members, internal staff, and community partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with organizational project leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to elevate the member voice in the design, delivery, and improvement of new and existing CHPW products, services, and improvement projects.
- Develop and refine materials, attend and facilitate meetings, manage member compensation, and draft reports of findings and insights.
- Manage and track communications related to the CHPW Member Advisory Councils/Community Advisory Councils (MAC/CACs), including direct member written and verbal communication.
- Assist in executing the recruitment, retention, and communication strategies to ensure success in maintaining solid, high-performing, and well-represented MAC/CACs.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations in a healthcare setting or for a community-based organization.
- Project or event coordination experience.
- Fluency in Spanish, strongly preferred.
- Possess an Associate's degree, human service field considered.
