Program Control Specialist

You will serve as a Program Control Specialist/Program Integrator in the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) of SIOP PMO PUGET SOUND PSNSY.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate products and services related to SIOP with all major stakeholders such as the Shipyard Commander, the Fleets, NAVSEA, PEOII, NAVFAC and CNIC.
- Collaborate with shipyard operations, facilities department, business office, and others to integrate and align schedules and SIOP initiatives.
- Integrate SIOP initiatives and industrial requirements and priorities into shipyard equipment lists, schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate and support Modeling and Simulation (Mod/Sim) efforts, including Area Development Plans and other industrial facility projects and studies.
- Develop and track risk and change mitigation plans and lessons learned.
- Prepare and analyze industrial data to support high-level briefings and presentations.
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
- Analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations;
- Facilitating development of planning products by coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex projects or programs (such as facilities, construction, infrastructure, acquisition, or capital equipment projects);
- Providing project planning expertise and guidance to stakeholders;
- Integrating and maintaining sequencing and scheduling plans to track events and milestones.
