Position Overview:
Under general supervision, Sales Support Specialists provide guidance and education to each client with medical cannabis needs.

Specialists assist every client to ensure he or she is receiving the appropriate products that will best support the client's specific health conditions.


Key Responsibilities include:


Ensures all intake forms and other documentation are accurately completed and filed correctly, then enters all relevant information in the management system for future reference.

Confirms client purchase limits prior to entry into the consultation area and informs the appropriate pharmacist of such limits.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by fostering and maintaining positive client relations.
Respond to inquiries from clients requesting product information, training, and general assistance.
Management of client records through the use of a medical marijuana database.
Maintenance and update of databases as required.
Fulfillment of client orders.
Responsible for the sales and promotion of all Columbia Care Services products.
Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
Must be at least 21 years of age.
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY is required.
Two years of direct customer service experience required.
Retail experience is a strong advantage.
Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

Compensation:
$17.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Non-exempt.

Additional Abilities Required:


While performing the duties of this role, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands to perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).

Must be able to communicate verbally with co-workers, clients, vendors, etc. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
