About the Opportunity

Brookdale Westlake Hills seeks an experienced Human Resource Director to lead our HR team and drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing associate relations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in a professional-level Human Resources role, preferably with managerial responsibility.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification is preferred.
