Strategic Human Resources Leader for Orangetheory Fitness

As a seasoned expert, you will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, enhance productivity, and support the company's overall objectives.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven leader who can provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to our HR team members. Your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in areas of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. You will also oversee employee relations issues, ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state legal regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in managing HRIS systems, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. You should be able to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in areas of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Seven years of progressive HR experience, with two years in a leadership role.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
