DH Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Service Supervisor to oversee the coordination of field personnel. This role is essential in ensuring that our services consistently meet or surpass customer expectations. If you possess experience in dispatching or scheduling, this position may be a great fit for you.

Compensation for this role begins at $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing technician schedules for customer job sites while gathering, finalizing, and submitting job details for processing.
  • Regularly verify that technicians' schedules are updated with completed job tickets and that open job tickets are accurately assigned for materials ordered, billing, and voided tickets.
  • Generate, review, and manage departmental reports to ensure the team meets customer commitments and expectations.
  • Assist with billing documentation and adhere to customer billing requirements.
  • Create and maintain service tickets to ensure compliance with service dates.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide service quotes as necessary.
  • Support field technicians with technical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Provide precise work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the door industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Background in dispatch or high-volume administrative roles is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong time management abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • Professional representation of the company is expected.
