Position Summary

The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of company facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining the aesthetic of the building, managing tenant relations, and addressing tenant service requests. Adherence to established operational and safety protocols is essential. The position requires specialized knowledge and skills, and may serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluates blueprints to optimize facility space for furniture arrangements and construction initiatives.
  • Supports leadership in formulating and assessing plans for vendor projects, while coordinating and monitoring vendor performance for building-related services.
  • Facilitates the distribution of building keys and furniture, including lock changes as needed.
  • Provides assistance in preparing facilities for special events.
  • Maintains an inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Identifies recurring issues with work processes, policies, or procedures, and contributes suggestions for improvement to enhance customer service and productivity.
  • Ensures regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation
