Role Overview

As a key member of the CBRE team, the Leasing Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the industrial leasing division. This position is designed for individuals who are adept at providing comprehensive analytical support and transactional assistance to our leasing clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the leasing team by preparing detailed lease proposals, activity summaries, and managing property listings across various platforms.
  • Engage with potential tenants to facilitate agency leasing efforts and coordinate property tours.
  • Provide essential administrative support throughout the lease negotiation process.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise and execute effective leasing strategies informed by market research and data analysis.
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, tenant movements, competitive properties, and rental rates to support the leasing process.
  • Participate in client events and initiatives as needed, enhancing client relationships and engagement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
  • Possession of a real estate license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering reliable and courteous service.
  • Proficient in financial terminology and principles, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
