Position Title:
Field Operations Manager
Shift Information: Monday – Friday. On-site and Field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and train field personnel to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize upselling opportunities.
- Guarantee precise billing for services rendered, including labor hours, material markup, and management of job discounts.
- Maintain a review rating of 4.9 stars, with evaluations conducted on an individual basis.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members for the field staff.
- Oversee Recall/Warranty work and provide training for all field staff.
- Ensure that ACE material purchases average a minimum of 30%.
- Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills (e.g., job updates, end-of-day calls, addressing customer concerns, and leading by example with a positive demeanor).
- Provide accurate and timely reports to management.
- Field Operations Manager must possess their own tools as per the handbook.
- Actively participate in corporate initiatives.

Required Skills:
- Multi-trade experience of 5+ years.
- Field sales experience of 5+ years.
- Proven track record of delivering first-class customer service.
- Field management experience of 5+ years.
- Clear and concise communication with customers, team members, and leadership; keeps all parties informed and collaborates effectively.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, resolve conflicts, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Foster a fun and productive work environment.
- Proficient with basic technology and applications – Service Titan experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:


- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs (up to 15 ft.).
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
- Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for known disabilities.
