Sales and Service Opportunities in the New York Metro Area

At H.O. Penn Machinery, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our Parts and Service Departments. This role will be responsible for promoting department offerings that lead to increasing part products and service labor market shares.

The successful candidate will have a clean and valid driver's license, with regular travel throughout the territory required. Experience with a CRM system and computer proficiency, including MS Office, is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of up to $150,000, plus uncapped commission, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a company-provided cell phone and laptop, holidays, and competitive PTO.

This position requires knowledge of heavy equipment and the construction industry, although this is not essential. However, experience working in an outside sales or consultant type position is necessary.

In this role, you will contribute to the overall profitability of the Parts and Service Department by promoting department offerings, generating new sales opportunities, and enhancing customer relationships.
