Tier II Help Desk Analyst Job Description

Vaco is seeking a skilled Tier II Help Desk Analyst to join our innovative service provider client in Greensboro, NC. As a key member of the IT Department, you will provide technical support for a staff of 200+ employees, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for a wide range of technical issues, from basic to complex.
  • Evaluate and escalate tickets in a timely manner, providing detailed documentation.
  • Offer onsite and remote technical support to staff members.
  • Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems and network infrastructure.
  • Deliver end-user support with a high level of customer service.
  • Provide end-user support training and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience on a Help Desk team, supporting Tier 1-2 technical issues.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software, hardware, network connectivity, and specialized equipment.
  • Experience in a small/mid-size organization is ideal.
