Tier II Help Desk Analyst

Vaco is seeking a skilled Tier II Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a key member of our IT Department, you will provide technical support to our staff of over 200 employees, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for a wide range of issues, from basic to complex, related to manufacturing software, hardware, network connectivity, and specialized equipment.
  • Evaluate and escalate tickets in a timely manner, providing detailed documentation and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Offer onsite and remote technical support to our staff, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and technical expertise.
  • Monitor and maintain our manufacturing systems and network, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Deliver end-user support training, empowering our staff to effectively utilize our systems and tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our IT Department.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience on a Help Desk team, supporting Tier 1-2 technical issues.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on manufacturing software, hardware, network connectivity, and specialized equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and technical excellence.
