Job Description

Vaco is seeking a skilled Tier II Help Desk Analyst to join our IT Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for a wide range of issues, from basic to complex, related to manufacturing software, hardware, network connectivity, and specialized equipment.
  • Ticket Escalation: Escalate tickets as necessary in a timely manner, providing detailed documentation to ensure seamless support.
  • Onsite and Remote Support: Provide technical support to a staff of 200+ employees, both onsite and remotely.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems and network to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide end-user support with a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our staff.
  • Training: Provide end-user support training to ensure our staff has the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
