Technical Support Specialist II

Salary: $60,000 - $67,500 + comprehensive benefits package

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in a Help Desk environment, addressing Tier 1-2 technical challenges, including but not limited to manufacturing software, hardware issues, network connectivity, and specialized equipment. Experience in a small to mid-sized organization is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 1-2 technical assistance for a variety of technical challenges, from basic to complex.
- Timely escalation of tickets as needed, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide both onsite and remote technical support to over 200 employees.
- Oversee and maintain manufacturing systems and network infrastructure.
- Deliver exceptional end-user support with a focus on customer service.
- Conduct end-user support training sessions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
