Job Summary

The Vice President – FP&A is a critical role within the Everise organization, responsible for driving financial planning and analysis initiatives that support the company's growth and profitability. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, as well as experience in the BPO/Contact Center industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts to ensure effective execution of financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and operations.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis within the BPO/Contact Center industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting concepts and preferred business practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
