The Clinical Education Department

The DRH clinical education department focuses on fostering professional growth and development through training and education. Our team members play a vital role in supporting the professional development of their colleagues, ensuring that everyone has the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.

About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our clinical education team. In this role, you will work independently to resolve moderately complex administrative problems, often requiring research and analysis. Your tasks will be diverse and advanced, reflecting your ability to handle complex situations with ease.

Responsibilities
  • Help register team members for classes, assist with class setup, and manage check-in processes.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling classes in API, maintaining the education website, tracking no-shows, and inputting class statistics.
  • Coordinate catering requests, order supplies, and compose agendas and minutes.
  • Manage team calendars, room reservations, and schedule meetings as needed.

You will have opportunities to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities, including becoming an instructor for life support and crisis prevention intervention courses.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of administrative support experience with increasing variety and complexity.
  • A high school education or equivalent.
