Position Overview:

The Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist plays a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment process, primarily targeting medical professionals across various specialties, along with administrative personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of effective recruitment methodologies within the healthcare sector, particularly for providers in long-term care settings, and will excel in fostering positive relationships with prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations related to recruitment for MedElite and its affiliated partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of open positions according to assigned roles.
  • Provide ongoing support and administrative oversight for candidates throughout MedElite's recruitment process.
  • Serve as the main liaison for external recruiters handling job searches for the designated requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve talent acquisition objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience managing a comprehensive recruitment program, ideally within the healthcare field.
  • Proven ability to lead project management initiatives with meticulous attention to detail from inception to completion.
  • Experience in overseeing the talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills, providing high-quality service to potential candidates (enhancing the candidate experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of building impactful and strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 base salary
