ABM is on the lookout for a Lead Talent Acquisition Training Specialist to spearhead educational initiatives for the Talent Acquisition division. Collaborating closely with ABM's Learning and Development team, this position will concentrate on designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of Recruiters within the Talent Acquisition framework.

The Lead Specialist will work with various stakeholders to evaluate and refine recruitment methodologies while identifying training requirements. Additionally, they will manage testing and training associated with system upgrades and modifications. This role offers a Hybrid Work Arrangement, necessitating in-office attendance on designated days.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute online training programs for Talent Acquisition
  • Revise and tailor training materials as necessary
  • Facilitate training sessions using diverse methods
  • Conduct assessments to determine training needs
  • Support system testing and troubleshooting efforts
  • Monitor training progress and report updates to management
  • Coordinate communications related to Talent Acquisition training
  • Review and refresh standard operating procedures
  • Establish objectives in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a training capacity
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred
  • A background in Talent Acquisition is advantageous

Work Environment:

  • Standard business hours with some flexibility
  • Occasional travel may be necessary

Compensation: $82,900 - $101,900

ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
