As a Lead Talent Acquisition Strategist at PayPal, you will oversee a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers, delivering exceptional talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's strategic goals.

You will work closely with senior leadership to identify essential talent requirements, develop strong talent pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
