Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including equipment and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license required.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM janitorial applications such as SWEPT.
  • Pressure washer experience.
