Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our Store Support Centre (SSC) team at Lululemon athletica. This role is a key partner with multiple stakeholders, including the Facility Manager & General Managers/Directors of each distribution center.
About the TeamOur Global Distribution DC Support functions are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team is responsible for the overall Health and Safety, Facilities and Production Control of our North America Distribution Centers.
About the Role- Directs and oversees the assigned team across the entire DC building or campus.
- Responsible for managing the operational performance results of their assigned team.
- Responsible for all aspects of talent management for their hourly direct reports and their results, including hiring, training, annual review process, performance management, development and coaching, engagement, off boarding and rewards and recognition.
- Be an innovator, anticipate future business needs and strategically build plans to meet those needs.
- Provide strategic leadership to direct reports within the maintenance & janitorial staff.
- Attends daily cross functional meetings with operations to maintain good communications with other teams.
- Manages the budget of their site, while ordering necessary parts, services, & project needs.
- Oversee building projects, renovations, refurbishments, repairs, and installations.
- Administer vendor or sub-contractor agreements to ensure quality services and goods are provided to meet specifications, on-time and within budget.
- 3-5 years leadership experience in a distribution center environment or similar.
- 2+ years directly or indirectly leading a team of hourly employees.
- 2+ years experience in PLCs and controls systems knowledge/understanding.
- 2+ years experience in material handling equipment and large, complex integrated systems maintenance with strong statistical analysis skills.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

This role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
