We are a comprehensive equipment provider specializing in industrial and construction machinery since our inception.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Field Sales Consultants play a crucial role within the Rental Team, tasked with conducting sales outreach, renting out industrial and construction machinery, and acquiring new clientele.

In this position, you will:

  • Facilitate Equipment Rentals by engaging in face-to-face sales visits to job sites, warehouses, and various customer venues, fostering enduring business relationships.
  • Oversee the Rental Order Workflow by collaborating with Inside Sales Representatives and other departments to guarantee the prompt fulfillment of customer requests while keeping all parties informed.
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, recommending suitable products for their project requirements, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing continuous support.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with pertinent experience - College Degree preferred

  • Ability to effectively present and sell at all customer levels
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to meet customer demands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time independently
POTENTIAL RELATED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Account Management, Territory Management, Sales Roles, Counter Sales, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Customer Service Roles.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role:
  • Involves working in operational facilities and outdoors, traveling to customer locations where varying weather conditions may be encountered.
  • Requires the ability to frequently lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Involves driving to and from customer sites where standard automotive hazards apply.
This position is classified as Safety Sensitive under applicable state medical marijuana regulations.
