Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Finance Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the equipment finance market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with equipment dealers, commercial customers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on equipment finance products and services to customers
  • Manage and maintain a profitable individual commercial lease and loan portfolio
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and equipment dealers to meet company goals and initiatives
  • Travel frequently to equipment dealers and other locations to meet with customers and promote equipment finance products
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of equipment finance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
