We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Crain Automotive Team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, as well as prospecting and contacting potential customers. You will also be responsible for reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest incentives. If you have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, and are familiar with CRM platforms, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest incentives
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
