About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Payables Admin to join our team at Hired by Matrix. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and administrative duties, ensuring seamless financial processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable Management: Process invoices, conduct reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies in accordance with company financial practices.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide weekly and periodic financial reports to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Vendor and Customer Management: Resolve vendor and customer inquiries, proactively tracking and addressing payment or warranty concerns.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in developing and delivering department reports and scorecards, maintaining accurate records and files.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in admin support and fleet operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn and update multiple accounts payable systems.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of private fleet operations, with desire to grow and learn in the field.
