Masonry Project Estimator

As a key member of our esteemed estimating division, you will be responsible for generating comprehensive estimates, budgets, cost projections, scope assessments, and contract negotiations for masonry projects across various regions. We seek candidates who are proficient in using Tradesmen's Master Estimating software specifically tailored for masonry applications.

The ideal applicant will possess at least 5 years of experience in commercial masonry, particularly with new construction, design-build projects, renovations, and budget management. Relevant project types include military installations, educational facilities, residential dormitories, athletic complexes, high-rise buildings, large retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and hospitality venues.

Successful candidates will manage multiple projects simultaneously, actively pursue outstanding bids, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure all project goals are achieved effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Experience with Tradesmen's Master Estimator Software is crucial. We are particularly interested in candidates who have extensive experience with this software.

The selected individual will be expected to conduct on-screen take-offs across various disciplines, including civil, landscape, architectural, structural, masonry, and metal works. You will also be responsible for obtaining quotes from suppliers for necessary materials and equipment. While we are open to providing additional training, a solid foundation in computer skills and masonry estimating is essential.

We aim to recruit talented individuals who can contribute innovative ideas and elevate our standards. Candidates should have a strong understanding of civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems, and both interior and exterior wall systems. Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills are required.

Compensation will be determined based on experience.
