Position:

Senior Construction Cost Manager. This project encompasses a New Build Residential Development featuring 212 Units, divided between Traditional Build and RC Frame methodologies.

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To): Reporting to a Senior Cost Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of active construction sites and manage the procurement of various packages at different construction phases.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing the project timeline
  • Conducting monthly progress discussions with the site team and subcontractors
  • Organizing pre-construction meetings with relevant subcontractors
  • Distributing tender documents to subcontractors
  • Analyzing subcontractor proposals
  • Awarding contracts to subcontractors
  • Valuating completed works and negotiating payments
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
  • Managing cost control and reporting.
