Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the sales of Mirion Medical's offerings.
Sales Assistance:
Provide support to the domestic sales team and distributors by generating quotes as necessary, maintaining the CRM system, and processing sales orders efficiently.
Assist customers by providing updates on order status, addressing inquiries, and coordinating logistics.Collaborate across departments to address customer issues, prioritizing satisfaction and prompt resolution.
Handle software activation requests in accordance with the CMS Software Activation protocol and ensure the CRM is updated accordingly.
Operational Responsibilities:
Input approved purchase orders accurately.
Verify the correctness of incoming orders, including pricing, shipping terms, payment conditions, and address details.
Update the CRM and follow up on any missing end-user information, providing order and shipping confirmations as needed.
Support sales operations during product launches.
Oversee product trade-ins during order processing, communicate return material details, and follow up with customers.
Manage the loaner inventory, including follow-ups and retrievals.
Perform CRM functions such as maintaining accurate customer records, addressing exception reports, and ensuring data integrity.
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our CMS system, including Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
Complete project tasks as assigned by Sales Management.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in business or a related discipline.
Familiarity with database management and data entry processes.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Exhibit professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure.
Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications.
